Your Role Magic happens when you bring great people together!
- Provide front and back office pre-sales technical support for the End User Commercial organization.
- Visit customers (End Users and associated consultants, EPC, System Integrators) where there are qualified opportunities.
- Recommend and design a competitive architecture (Advanced on Industrial Automation Solution -PLC/ Scada) and recommend system implementation that optimally meets the customer needs and requirements.
- Introduce and promote the complete Industry Business Architecture (from End to End) offer in terms of strengths and weaknesses and possibilities.
- Advanced knowledge for the market trends for digitalization and Industry 4.0
- Build demos to help the customer visualize the main solution concepts (proof of concept - POC)
- Provide recommendations & support in terms of migration from or interconnectivity with the Industry Business Legacy offer.
- Develop /influence the relationship with consultants, EPC, and system integrators to be armed in early detection opportunities and support Spec in the Tender Documents.
- Develop and write the required technical proposal document and validate the proposed commercial documents.
- Opportunity follow-up and lead Generation supporting the Growth of the Software families. Help to secure the order by providing differentiating elements to the Commercial team for the proposal
- The System Architecture Expert in coordination with the sales force is to actively detect and follow up leads to reorient towards billable pre-sales / pre-project services, such as pre-project consultation project, feasibility studies, site audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 year Technical Support, Sales and/or customer service experience preferred;
- Previous sales/Solution Architecture experience an advantage
- Have Advanced knowledge according to the specialization if needed (Automation, PLC , HMI , AVEVA Edge ,AVEVA plant, Wonderware System Platform and Unified operation center)
- Fluency required in English and the language of the country he/she supports (English fluency is mandatory in case of constant required contact with a Regional Advanced Support Center)
- Working software and Scada knowledge essential;
- PC skills (Microsoft, Windows, ERPs)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Demonstrate a flair & understanding of customer support issues, flexibility, and an ability to learn quickly;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, aptitude to understand and explain technical information, interpersonal, communications and time management skills;
- Ability to develop and maintain customer rapport;
