Role Overview
We're looking for a skilled and driven Software Product Owner with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a solid grasp of agile methodologies and a talent for balancing customer needs with business goals and technical requirements. As a Product Owner, you'll work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure our ERP products provide exceptional value to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to ensure alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the development team to refine and adjust requirements based on technical feedback and project priorities.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team aligned and promote continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and provide project updates.
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and data insights to identify new features and improvements.
- Ensure data-driven product decisions, balancing business objectives with technical feasibility.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a software company, ideally in the SaaS or ERP space.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks to achieve project goals.
- Proficiency in product management and business analysis, with experience translating business needs into technical requirements and managing a product backlog.
- Strong technical documentation skills to ensure clear and concise product requirements.
- Outstanding communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their business applications.
- Experience with SaaS solutions and B2B products.
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or ICAgile Product Ownership certification is a plus.
