JOB TITLE : Software Quality Assurance Engineer_

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. As part of our commitment to delivering an exceptional user experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our mobile, web, and API systems. Additionally, your role will involve developing and executing automated tests to streamline our quality assurance processes.
Mobile Testing:- Perform thorough testing of our mobile applications on various devices and operating systems (iOS and Android).
Ensure app responsiveness, compatibility, and performance across different screen sizes and resolutions.API Testing:
Conduct thorough testing of RESTful APIs to validate their functionality, reliability, performance, and security.
- Ensure seamless integration between backend services and the customer-facing application.
Web Testing:
- Test our web applications across multiple browsers and devices to ensure cross-browser compatibility, usability, and performance.
Identify and document any UI/UX issues or inconsistencies that could impact user experience.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.- Execute automated test suites for regression, functional, and load testing, ensuring continuous integration and deployment.
Enhance automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency, reducing manual testing effort.
- Defect Tracking and Reporting:
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.- Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in software quality assurance with a focus on mobile, API, and web testing.
Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test management and bug tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
