Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Quality Assurance Lead at Acacus Group in Amman. The Software Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, creating and executing test cases, and ensuring software quality standards are met. The role will involve working closely with development teams to identify issues and improve product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Define test strategies, plans, and schedules.
• Continuously improve QA processes and optimize performance metrics.
• Ensure software meets quality standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee test automation and track defect resolution.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team.

Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in (engineering, Information Technology, computer science or relevant field).
• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.

• Test Automation Tools: Selenium, Cypress, Appium
• Integrated Tools: Azure DevOps for test management, version control, and bug tracking
• Performance Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner
• CI/CD: Azure Pipelines
• Version Control: Git, Azure Repos
