Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Sales Account Manager. The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with existing clients, identify and pursue sales opportunities with prospective clients, maintain accurate sales activity records, and participate in team meetings and training sessions. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to clients.

Qualifications

Sales and Account Management skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively

Ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities and to effectively negotiate and close deals

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver products and services to clients

Technical knowledge of software and technology solutions is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

Prior experience in software sales or account management is a plus
