Job Title: Sales and Software Demo Specialist -ERP & CRM Solutions

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Software Demo Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for showcasing and demonstrating a wide range of software products, including ERP, CRM, and other enterprise solutions, to potential clients. This role requires excellent presentation skills, in-depth technical knowledge of the software, and the ability to manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Product Demonstration: Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of ERP, CRM, and other software solutions to prospective clients.
-Sales Cycle Management: Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, propose suitable solutions, and drive the sales process from initial contact through to deal closure.
-Client Consultation: Collaborate with potential customers to understand their challenges, answer technical questions, and recommend the right software solutions.
-Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to generate new leads.
-Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
-Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
-Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying client needs and closing new business opportunities.
-Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and competitive products to effectively position and differentiate the companys solutions.
-Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and marketing to align on strategies, client requirements, and product enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software sales, particularly in ERP and CRM solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and related enterprise software solutions, with the ability to demonstrate software features effectively.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product presentations.
- Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal and consultative skills with a client-focused approach.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
