Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Consultant to sell our real estate CRM solutions to real estate agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, preferably with experience in the real estate sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the real estate industry
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PropCRM's products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in SaaS and real estate sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- A UAE driving license is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
