About us:

Property Matters CRM is a leading real estate CRM provider based in Dubai. We offer a comprehensive CRM solution tailored to the needs of real estate agencies, helping them streamline operations, manage leads, and enhance customer relationships. We seek a motivated and experienced Software Sales Consultant to join our team and drive our sales efforts.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Consultant to sell our real estate CRM solutions to real estate agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, preferably with experience in the real estate sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the real estate industry
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PropCRM's products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in SaaS and real estate sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • A UAE driving license is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required
