Job Description
Lead generation : Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities within the target market.
Sales Targets : Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Initial Needs assessment : Conduct initial needs assessments and solution presentations for prospective clients.
Team Engagement : Collaborate with Presales and technical team to develop proposals, presentations, demos and various solution proposals to introduce the company's products to potential customers.
Business development activities: Participate in business development activities such as attending industry events and conferences.
Follow-up : Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on all sales activities and opportunities.
Closing deals: Negotiate contract terms and close deals.
Customer Satisfaction : Manage ongoing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer retention : Achieve high levels of customer retention and referral rates.
Sales analysis : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and new product and service offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
High school degree
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in software sales or related sales role,specifically in ERP implementation in the KSA market
