We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead a remote team of Account Executives with a dedicated focus on the MENA region. This remote role will be focused on driving revenue growth through strategic planning, effective team management, and tailored sales guidance, ensuring successful outcomes in a diverse and evolving market.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager at KnowledgeCity, your primary responsibility will be managing and supporting a team of AEs to meet and exceed sales targets. You will handle an important role in developing market-specific strategies, mentoring your team, and overseeing the end-to-end sales process. This role requires a deep understanding of regional trends and an ability to tailor approaches to resonate with clients across MENA.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned SaaS sales professional with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, particularly in the eLearning, tech, or software industries. You bring insight into the MENA market's unique needs and challenges, and you are skilled in driving teams to succeed in both individual and collective goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing team of Account Executives, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed in the MENA region.
  • Lead and manage a remote team of Account Executives to acquire new clients and close deals within the MENA region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the MENA market, aligning with company goals and regional nuances.
  • Oversee the sales process for the AE team, ensuring a smooth and effective experience from initial contact to final closing.
  • Monitor and analyze individual and team performance, providing targeted feedback and coaching to maximize success.
  • Assist AEs in tailoring client presentations, product walkthroughs, and pitches to meet the needs of diverse markets within MENA, improving conversion rates.
  • Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded and managed within our CRM, with an emphasis on data integrity and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Success, to enhance client engagement and support MENA-specific sales initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly team sales targets, playing a crucial role in KnowledgeCity's growth within the MENA region.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing a high-performing sales team with a focus on MENA markets, ideally within the eLearning, tech, or software sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving team performance in a diverse, multicultural region.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and guide remote team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, along with a deep understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Strong bilingual fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
