Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of sales cycles (Customer proposal, Tender Proposal, Follow up, Sales and purchasing paper work and Closure).
Build, manage and track the sales pipeline.- Establish a professional working and consultative relationship with the client by developing a good understanding of the unique business needs of the client.
Excellent knowledge of competitors in order to strategically position our products and services portfolio.
- Capture leads outside of specialization and use closed-loop lead management to ensure assignment and follow-up by others.
Proper monitoring and tracking of budgets and achievements- Evolve different strategies for business development and improvement
Effectively manage performance based culture
Solution Sales Experience
- Knowledge of Middle East IT industry is mandatory
Excellent presentation, influencing and time management skills.- Excellence in proposal preparations
Meeting with potential clients to sell services relentlessly until a deal is struck.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Good knowledge and understanding of software solutions
- Present value propositions and get buy in from the customer
