Job Description

Job description
  • To generate sales for DMS products.
  • To follow-up on clients.
  • To conduct meetings with the team for work preparation, feedback, presentation & discussion supported by sales manager.
  • To assist sales manager in qualify & positioning prospects.
  • To maintain necessary balance between follow-up and new leads generation.
  • To achieve agreed upon assigned quota.
  • To follow sales manager guidelines
  • Establish account plans manage client opportunities and the successful closing.
  • To submit reports on time for sales Manager ( pipelines , forecast ...etc ) .
  • To prepare a weekly analysis sales report and provide feedback to sales team leader .
  • Handling demos & presentations .
  • To communicate with clients to find out their exact needs and direct them to it and understand his / her point of view .
  • To explain and demonstrate products to clients that may involve technical explanation .

Requirements

  • Experience : 2 + years in ICT .
  • Must have a car.
  • Outdoor sales
  • To demonstrate strong motivation & leadership skills .
  • Capable of selling and negotiating
  • A proven track record of selling high-value software solutions.
  • Very Smart & problem solver.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into sales & technical staff
  • Revise and approve the sales proposals & tenders
  • Ability to cold call and develop relationships with potential clients in order to assess their needs and develop strategy for their sales presentations.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
  • Excellent Time management.
  • Self motivated and able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
  • Ability to work on several tasks at the same time and deliver with high quality.
