Job Description
Lead and motivate a team of tele sales and confirmation call representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to maximize revenue generation through tele sales. You will use your excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.
#Your main duties will include:
- Conducting product presentations & Demos INSIDE & OUTSIDE the company.
- Generating leads, prospecting, cold calling, and Close sales.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven experience as a Software sales representative Specialist B2B.
- Strong understanding of Software sales principles.
- Good Knowledge of the IT industry
- Proven experience in Conducting software service presentations and Demos.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive conversions and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a team, independently and adapt to changes as needed.
- Ability to resolve issues, excellent communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
