Functional Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales, bid process, understanding client requirements, and designing customized solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept showcasing the company's products or services to the client.
- Assist the Solutions Advisory team in the development of proposals and responses to client inquiries, addressing technical aspects and highlighting the value proposition.
- Support engagement with potential clients to identify their specific needs / requirements by gathering information about their business, IT Infrastructure, and pain points.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with industry trends to effectively position the company's offerings against competitors.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to the client and address customer concerns and inquiries throughout the sales cycle.
- Contribute to the design of tailored solutions that meet the clients needs by recommending the right combination of services.
- Clearly articulate the solution in the technical proposal, including its benefits, costs, and timelines by presenting the offering in a way that is easy for the client to understand.
- Act as a strong advocate for MEEZA's solutions standards in all levels of engagements within and outside MEEZA.
Academic & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT equivalent degree
Experience:
- A minimum of 7 and maximum of 10 years experience in a technical solutions or related role working with a wide variety of Enterprise Applications, Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, Cloud databases, and Middleware technologies.
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in IT managed services to effectively understand and communicate the value proposition of the company's solutions to clients.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills to effectively showcase the features and capabilities of the company's products or services to potential clients.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative skills to understand client needs, analyze requirements, and propose tailored solutions that meet their specific business challenges.
- Strong technical knowledge on the established and emerging IT technologies such as Automation, Public Cloud, Cybersecurity controls, Datacenter technologies etc.
