Roles & Responsibilities:
- lead the end-to-end delivery of solution
- Develops strong working relationships with the architect team, bid manager, suppliers, and technology partners and identifies follow-on building proposal
- Plans and estimates delivery, focusing on solution milestones, resource planning (both on-shore and off-shore, suppliers) scope, budget, risk identification and mitigation planning
- Manages day-to-day on-shore and off-shore solution teams during the proposal lifecycle
- Manages the solution ideation, gathering high-level business requirements, and defining the detailed requirements and process into epics and stories
- Develop the documented solutions through hands-on implementation or directing other developers as necessary
- Establish and evolve best practices for the proposal development efforts
- Provides leadership and guidance on all technical aspects of the solution team
- Assists various stakeholders and teams in the company with understanding the capabilities of the solution team and products
- Manages relations with regulator/CST concerning Frequency application, License fees, responding to consultations, etc...
- Manage the Solutions Team
- Developing Technical and Commercial sections of RFP and RFIs
- Assists the Account Managers with Customer Requirements and Sales Pitches.
- Manages the Requirements and Design Phases of Project lifecycles
- Hands over and assists PMO in the implementation of projects
- Negotiate Prices with Partners and Suppliers
- Negotiate timelines with Partners and Suppliers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Software or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Leading ICT firms
- PMP Certified or Management Degree
- Expertise in ICT Systems Engineering
- Expertise in Designing Costs models and Pricing
- Fluent in English and Arabic
