Are you experienced in sourcing top talent and ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic, growing organization Ali & Sons is seeking a skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing the best candidates for a variety of business functions.

As a Sourcing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from understanding the hiring needs to engaging candidates and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct an intake session with hiring managers to fully understand the job requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics before initiating the sourcing process.
  • Draft and post compelling job ads that attract top talent, clearly outlining role responsibilities, qualifications, and company culture.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Utilize sourcing tools and platforms to build diverse talent pipelines for key roles and business functions.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, fit, and interest in the role.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for critical and high-demand skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate engagement, sourcing efforts, and pipeline status.
  • Work closely with the HRBP's & onboarding team to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively and build relationships with hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
