At SSH Talent, we are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef with experience high-end dinning establishments and Italian cuisine solid expertise.

EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
- Assist the Executive Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and cost management.
- Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Train, coach, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance and professional conduct.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Act as a representative of the restaurant in culinary events and functions.
- Assist the Executive/Head Chef in all areas of responsibility, as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end dining establishments
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelors degree in culinary arts or related field is preferred.
