Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Q-GOURMET LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the head chef in food preparation, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a sanitary and orderly kitchen.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent work experience
