Delivering superior guest service and immediate guest satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing procedures for the spa area.
- Controlling usage of sauna, solarium, and fitness, pool area.
- Maintaining a clean and organized pool area environment.
- Preparing culinary snacks and drinks.
- Taking orders and serving guests.
- Beverage service including alcoholic drinks.
- Cleaning of bar and service area.
- Scheduling appointments for massage.
- Reporting technical difficulties to the maintenance department.
- Ordering of food and beverage items from the storage area.
- Controlling inventory of towels, bathrobes, and kitchen towels.
- Ordering pool supply.
- Cost control of pool income and expenses.
- Cleaning of fitness equipment.
- Reporting maintenance issues to the engineering department.
- Assisting guests with workout tools and equipment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Basic knowledge of detergents and pool cleaning methods, treatment machines and gym equipment.
Good listening and communication skills, desire to ensure 100 % guest satisfaction, aggressive hospitality skills, positive team player, proactive guest service skills
Good in English and local language, basic computer knowledge
