Milk & Butter is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Spa Manager to lead our luxurious spa facility. The ideal candidate will have international experience and be proficient in a wide range of spa services including manicures, pedicures, spa facials, massages, and other related services. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, managing the spa team, and overseeing daily operations to provide a serene and rejuvenating experience for our guests. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our spa business to other branches.
Spa Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of spa equipment.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of spa professionals, ensuring they provide high-quality services and exceptional customer care.
Service Excellence:
Ensure the highest standards of spa services are maintained, including manicures, pedicures, spa facials, massages, and other treatments.Guest Relations:
Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, handle complaints, and address special requests with professionalism and care.Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control expenses, and manage financial performance to meet revenue targets.
- Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services, attract new clients, and retain existing ones.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure all spa operations comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.Business Expansion:
Play a key role in the strategic planning and execution of expanding the spa business to new branches, including site evaluation, staff training, and ensuring consistent service quality across locations.Experience:
Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in a luxury spa or wellness center, with international exposure.Skills:
Proficiency in manicures, pedicures, spa facials, massages, and other spa treatments. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in spa management, cosmetology, or related fields.
