We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxurious spa, for one of our esteemed hospitality clients. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, manage staff effectively, and maintain a serene and professional atmosphere.
- Qualifications / Experience / Competency
Bachelor's degree in cosmetology or related certifications.
CIBTAC and CIDESCO certificate highly recommended
Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in a luxury spa environment.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of spa treatments, products, and services.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Strong marketing and promotional skills.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Proficiency in using any spa management software and other relevant technology (Eg: Zenoti).
