Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee our luxury spa services at Golf Club Madinaty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and customer service, along with strong leadership skills to manage a team of professionals and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage spa staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
  • Create and promote unique spa packages and services to attract members and guests.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage the spa budget, including forecasting revenue and controlling expenses.
  • Monitor sales and financial performance, implementing strategies to achieve targets.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and special offers.
  • Organize events and workshops to engage club members and the local community.

Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
  • Oversee sanitation and hygiene practices in all spa areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management or a similar role, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in spa management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
