We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee our luxury spa services at Golf Club Madinaty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and customer service, along with strong leadership skills to manage a team of professionals and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage spa staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Customer Service:
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Create and promote unique spa packages and services to attract members and guests.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the spa budget, including forecasting revenue and controlling expenses.
- Monitor sales and financial performance, implementing strategies to achieve targets.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and special offers.
- Organize events and workshops to engage club members and the local community.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Oversee sanitation and hygiene practices in all spa areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management or a similar role, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and customer service excellence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in spa management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
