Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team and lead our esteemed spa department. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, a strong background in spa operations, and exemplary leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

- Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance and foster a positive work environment.

- Manage spa reservations, appointments, and guest inquiries efficiently and courteously.

- Monitor and maintain spa facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal functionality and presentation.

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate spa services and promote cross-selling opportunities.

- Implement and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulatory requirements and hotel policies.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a luxury spa environment.

- Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, products, and industry trends.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.

- Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on team building, coaching, and staff development.
