Key Responsibilities:- Client Treatment and Care:
Perform a range of treatments such as massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs.- Customize services based on clients needs, preferences, and health conditions.
Provide consultations before treatments to assess client needs.
Welcome and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction during their visit.
Address any client concerns or questions with knowledge and confidence.
- Treatment Area Management:
Prepare treatment rooms with appropriate products, linens, and equipment.- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the spa area.
Keep inventory of spa products and manage stock levels.
Stay updated with the latest spa techniques, products, and treatments.- Ensure proper use of equipment and adhere to safety standards.
Continuously improve skills through training and professional development.
Recommend spa products and packages to clients based on their needs.- Promote ongoing spa offers, memberships, and loyalty programs.
Upsell additional treatments or services where appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and product usage.- Manage client bookings and update schedules as needed.
Handle client payments and process transactions smoothly.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Certification in Massage Therapy or Beauty Therapy.
- Experience in a spa or wellness environment is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of various massage techniques, skin care products, and body treatments.
