Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Spanish Customer Service Agent to join our team on a temporary 6-month contract. As a Spanish Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our Spanish-speaking clients. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Educate customers on products and services offered by our clients
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain customer records
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:


  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is a must
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to commute to 6th of October City, Egypt
  • Graduates, undergrad and gap year

Contract Details:


This is a temporary, 2-month contract
