Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with spare parts specifications, inventory management, and procurement practices. Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
Negotiation and Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze demand, manage costs, and forecast inventory needs.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English, especially for dealing with international suppliers.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in documentation and order management.
Problem-solving: Ability to resolve issues related to delayed shipments, quality concerns, and inventory discrepancies.
