Job Description

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to healthcare professionals on the effective use of renal care devices, particularly dialysis machines.
  • Conduct hands-on demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for hospital staff and clinicians to ensure proper usage and application.
  • Provide ongoing post-training support to ensure smooth adoption and troubleshoot any issues with renal care devices.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and setup of dialysis machines and related systems within medical facilities.
  • Provide on-site support during the initial use of new equipment, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Work closely with the technical service team to diagnose and resolve technical issues with renal care devices.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring they are confident and competent in the use of the company's renal care products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking clinical or technical assistance.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in renal care products, technologies, and clinical practices.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to share feedback based on real-world clinical applications and customer insights.
  • Ensure that all activities comply with relevant regulatory and quality standards, with accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Play an active role in the launch of new renal care products, ensuring clinicians are trained and equipped for their use.
  • Support the sales team by providing expert product knowledge during clinical demonstrations.
  • Assist in identifying potential customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions using the company's renal care offerings.
  • Support inventory management processes, including the planning and supply requirements for each account.
  • Monitor account-wise consumption patterns and align inventory planning with the line manager.

Position Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, with a specialization in Renal Care, or bachelor's degree in Renal Technology.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience.

Required:

  • Good Communication skills and Teamwork, proactive, enthusiastic, and imaginative.
  • Well versed in the setup of a professional work environment and safety regulations.
