As a Specialist/Consultant Dermatologist at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients with various skin conditions and disorders.
As a Dermatologist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, performing diagnostic tests, providing medical and surgical treatments, and offering preventative care. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for your patients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients medical histories and perform comprehensive skin examinations
- Diagnose and treat various skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer
- Perform skin biopsies and interpret the results
- Develop personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications, recommending lifestyle modifications, and performing surgical procedures
- Provide cosmetic dermatology services, such as botox injections and laser treatments
- Monitor and manage patients progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including plastic surgeons and oncologists, to provide multidisciplinary care
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of dermatology through continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
- Medical degree
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various skin conditions and disorders
- Strong knowledge of dermatology principles, practices, and treatment options
- Expertise in performing skin biopsies and interpreting results
- Experience in providing cosmetic dermatology services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex skin issues
- Board certification in Dermatology
- Experience in conducting and participating in clinical research
- Commitment to patient care, empathy, and compassion
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
