Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Carry out the academy facilities plan as part of the overall business plan.
- Handle all supporting continuous academy contracts such as maintenance, security, cleaning, etc.
- Follow up the completion of scheduled preventive and periodic maintenance works and ensure that all facilities, tools, equipment, and assets within the area of management are maintained in a safe condition.
- Ensure validity of the statutory certifications such as EHS, Fire & Safety, Food Safety, etc.
- Ensure the campus data, including the drawings and layouts, are updated.
- Track the campus facilities budget utilization as planned.
- Monitor the monthly energy consumption and carry out measures for efficient utilization of the resources.
- Conduct monthly progress meetings with all service providers and main contractors for the major projects and overall performance evaluation.
- Participate in external inspections/audits of facilities and resources for which management is responsible in order to identify and eliminate potential hazards to health, safety, and the environment.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
