Specialist, Manufacturing Finance, where you'll play a key role in providing financial insights, strategic data analysis, and dashboard development to support the production team and stakeholders. This position is responsible for advising on future financial planning and overseeing day-to-day financial operations within Manufacturing, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of financial operations, including reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets. Support manufacturing financial activities, including product margin assessment, rate setup, and the application of variance analysis for improvement.
- Advise on investment activities and develop strategies to minimize financial risks.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, and compare the company's actual performance with business plans.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Evaluate financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Stay updated with technological advances and accounting software relevant for financial purposes.
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Guide, coach, train, motivate, and develop the team to ensure they consistently meet the key competencies of the department.

Experience & Education Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Experience: 8+ years in finance and operations, with specific experience in financial planning and budget control within manufacturing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Certification: Professional qualifications such as CA / CPA / CIMA / ACA / ACS / ACWA / MBA.
