JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to implement and ensure availability of necessary Business intelligence data needed for the cargo operation throughout KSA. Analyse data requirements, and making recommendations for operation, to ensure optimum serviceability. Provide and ensure detailed reporting of operational performance, and meeting the growing market demands for operational efficiency.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Review operational KPIs.
- Amend changes on the procedure as require
- Review Audit reports from QM and airlines reports
- Enhance the Process.
- Update forms as require and review dashboard.
- Develop an easy access Manual that contains all operations SOPs
- Enhance the System with IT Department .
- Coordinate with superior to make decisions for operational activities.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business.
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Motivate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems.
- Supervise and provide inputs in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports.
- Complies with all relevant health, safety and environmental management policies.
- Create weekly Report for top management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
- Six sigma is preferable.
EXPERIENCE:
- Total Experience from 5-9 years.
