Duties And Responsibilities
- Performance of Sales & Marketing activities individually and together with the local sales team to secure the agreed sales targets.
- Customer / clinical visits
- Staff presentations & case attendance
- Insight based sales approach.
- Lead generation & follow up
- New product launches
- Stock management (customer & partner)
- Close collaboration with the regional Business Development Management in Saudi Arabia and the headquarters in Germany.
- Implementation of the global and regional strategies according to local market conditions in coordination with the regional Business Development Management and the local partners.
- Planning, organization & conduction of regional & local trainings of partners & clients.
- Strong focus on developing business in Saudi Arabia. Support of further countries in MEA region on demand.
- Based in Saudi-Arabia with readiness to travel in the Region once required
Professional competencies
- Sales & Marketing experience in the medical field preferred in vascular therapy.
- Mid- and long-term sales perspective and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Knowledge in common IT software like MS Office
Personal competencies
- Presentation skills and fluent language in English.
- Good communication skills, self-confidence and self-motivation skills, motivation for close teamwork, hands-on mentality.
- Open-minded for countries and cultures in the Middle East & Africa Region
