The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and increase awareness of our products during the pre-construction phase of projects, ensuring our product portfolio is specified and listed with leading architect firms.
Product Specification:
Present and specify our products to architects, consultants, and clients through visits, seminars, CPDs, and specification publications
Develop and maintain strong relationships with specifiers, government departments, and key accounts to enhance our brands presence in the market
Provide regular reports to the GTV Management on activities, progress, and market feedback
Continuously communicate with the sales team about upcoming projects, ensuring a seamless handover from the specification stage to the sales stage- Professional Development:
Attend external and internal training sessions to stay updated on new products, developments, and techniques
Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support the overall objectives of the company
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
Ability to present products professionally and effectively
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven- Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
