- Key point of contact for projects owners, consultants, and contractors, providing technical proposal advice and introducing new products.
- Manage the prospected accounts by conducting customer visits, enhance customer networks, build relationships, identify customer needs, offer, and promote the company products, and provide technical support to get sales inquiry.
- Follow up with the consultants the in-hand projects and ensure to provide consultants the applicable product/s specifications.
- Prepare samples for getting approvals of materials for project.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
- Maintain the strategic relationship with the customers by conducting customer visits, provide technical support and seminars, develop the customer business, and follow up the claims procedures to build strong brand identity, achieve the sales targets and maximize the profits.
- Support marketing activities by attending conferences, seminars. and other marketing events.
- Assist the Group Technical and Specification Manager in the products collaterals, and technical submittals Preparation for all technical info.
- Gather and assist in periodical market information about the market trends, awarded projects for competitors, competitors behavior, prices, and trading materials.
- Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, preferably in Civil or Architecture.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
- Proficient in engineering software, especially AutoCAD.
- Minimum 4 years of Civil, Structural, and/or Architectural design experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Project Sales experience, ideally in a similar industry.
- Proven experience in the region is a must, ideally in a similar industry.
