As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who is proficient in Arabic and has a deep understanding of financial markets, particularly Forex and CFDs (Derivatives). The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding the company's footprint in the Arabic-speaking market, leveraging their expertise to drive business growth and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven candidate to join and tap into potential client opportunities and generate new business in the Middle East region. The Account Manager will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend solutions that maximize value.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through existing/new portfolios and networks.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for the Arabic-speaking market.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Forex sector.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective campaigns and promotional activities.
- Address client concerns and inquiries swiftly to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Achieve or exceed sales performance targets as set by the Head of Sales.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, including markets, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Educate and train potential clients on the company's products, markets, and trading platforms.
- Attend seminars, conferences, and relevant events to enhance your network and knowledge.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Arabic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in financial markets, particularly Forex and CFDs (Derivatives).
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on client relationship management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams to achieve business goals.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations in the finance and FX industry.
