Job Description
Develop and design formwork and scaffolding systems according to project specifications and requirements.
Selection of the project's most economically appropriate formwork and/or scaffolding systems and alternatives to disposal within available balances.
Suggestion of improvement, therapeutic and preventive measures that will improve the performance of work in its management
Submit reports to the head of the design department to indicate what has been done and what has been postponed with the reason statement
Lead the engineering team in creating detailed drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
Conduct structural analysis and ensure designs meet safety and regulatory standards.
Review and approve design changes, modifications, and enhancements.
Craft models and drawings of products using CAD
Present prototypes and designs to customers and project managers
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Degree in Civil Engineering
Previous experience as a Design Engineer or a similar role
Proven experience using CAD software; knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus
Good understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design
Ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers

Excellent oral and written communication
Proven experience as a design engineer in the formwork and scaffolding industry.
