Piping Engineer is responsible for
- Hands on design, and detail engineering for Process Package/ Engineered Solutions/ Modular Plants
- Prepare and review Piping design basis, PMS, VMS, MRs, Design Reports, GAs, Isometric drawings, Interfacing, etc
- Conducting & attending model reviews with client & vendors.
- Support for FAT, SAT, vendor/ fabrication audits/ inspection, installation support etc.
- Manage delivery & quality to meet customer requirements within budget & schedule.
- Collaborate closely with other disciplines & project team to get required inputs, resolve issues and execute the project.
- Develop engineering practices & standards to ensure standardization.
- Additional and/ or other work as and when needed.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduation in Engineering(Mechanical)
- 8 + years in engineering industry
- Handled projects in Oil & Gas Water and wastewater treatment.
- Hands on experience on piping engineering for Metallic, Nonmetallic Piping, Skid Engineering, etc
- Experience in containerized system will be added advantage.
- Manage, monitor and control project quality, project schedule, project deliverables.
- Interact, co-ordinate with vendors, EPCs, end customers.
- Excellent experience of handling multi-disciplinary support, multi projects.
- Experience in latest engineering software like AutoCAD, CAD Works, Navisworks etc.
- Experience in All international Piping Codes like ASME, EN etc.
- Knowledge of all International Standards like ANSI, DIN etc.
- Familiar with specifications such as Shell DEP, IOCL, Reliance, ADNOC, PDO, ARAMCO etc.
