Job Purpose:
Execute the overall Bad Actor (BA) process end to end to minimize the maintenance cost and increase the company profit. Responsible for reporting and monitoring the integrity and reliability performance indicators and develop the required plan to support the continued move of organization to reliability excellence. Responsible to support all initiatives related to the improvement of integrity and reliability.
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as BA process leader for the company and work &align with involved stakeholders like MDE area leads and Eng., spirit team, and support managers to deliver the BA objectives.
- Identify the BA using SAP data, nominating and freezing the list, developing and communicating the plan in alignment with the lead for specialty and performance. Tracking the action in J5.
- Follow up BA recommendations, approvals and implementation for the plan.
- Update the BA list and issue the BA dashboard and monthly status report to the involved stakeholders.
- Organize and conducting the BA monthly meeting with the spirit team.
- Attend weekly SPIRIT meeting based on demand in close coordination with MDE area leads and specially Eng.
- Organize and conduct the monthly meeting for integrity and reliability, documenting and communicating the outcome to the stakeholders.
- Follow up and drive the actions closure resulted from the monthly meeting for integrity and reliability.
- Support all initiatives related to the improvement of integrity and reliability like transformation and improvement.
- Provide the required support for RCA and MTA processes for all areas.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager/Lead Engineer.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
