Job Purpose:
This role will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to build high-impact, growth-driven strategies, with a strong focus on data analysis and performance metrics. Ideally, you will have experience working on QSR brands and a deep understanding of the Middle East market.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid media (PPC, display, social ads), SEO, email marketing, content, and more.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze digital performance data to develop insights, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous growth. Ensure campaign effectiveness through data-driven decisions and performance tracking.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute growth-stage strategies for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across key digital touchpoints.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the brand, content, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Media Buying & Optimization: Oversee media buying strategies, working with agency partners to ensure efficient ad spend allocation and optimization across digital channels.
- Analytics & Reporting: Lead regular reporting on campaign performance (ROAS, CPO, CAC etc.), and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the QSR space and Middle Eastern markets.
- Client/Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact with internal stakeholders and clients, providing regular updates on performance and recommendations for future strategies.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably with a background in growth-stage brands and experience with QSR or FMCG clients in the Middle East.
- Expertise in Campaign Execution: In-depth knowledge of all digital channels (PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic, display advertising, etc.) with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
- Data Analytics: Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google Ads, and other reporting platforms. Ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Media Agency Experience: Proven experience working in reputed media agencies, with an understanding of client management, media planning, and campaign optimization.
- QSR Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the QSR sector, including consumer behavior, trends, and best practices within the Middle East region.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate campaign performance, strategy, and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with MMP tools, CRM platforms and all major platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships, especially in the food and beverage space.
- Understanding of the unique digital landscape in the Middle East, including cultural nuances and regional digital behavior.
