Job Description

The ideal candidate has an eye for details and is capable of working against the clock and with tight timelines. Due to the nature of the events and live marketing, the position requires to be versatile and the capability to interpret various brand strategies and align those with the Graphic Design.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Studio Director.

Conceptualize and produce online and offline collateral for marketing, branding and all the other departments including original campaigns, direct mail, brochures, print and banner ads, product sheets, PowerPoint & Keynote presentations, and more.

Produce presentations for the CEO and Management, Sponsorship, Creative and other departments.

Work closely with all the departments teams to understand their business needs.

Formulate forward-thinking concepts and render designs for multimedia campaigns while always elevating our Bona Fide Brand.

Responsible for the design and production of a diverse range of graphic, print, and digital media collateral to support our needs.

Develop comprehensive multimedia campaigns.

Identify fresh and innovative design solutions that push the boundaries of our brand and explore more effective formats and/or media channels.

Understand the restrictions and limitations of the design deliverable process and manage internal expectations (where appropriate) by providing education about design limitations and/or restrictions.

Responsible for ensuring brand consistency while offering a fresh approach to design, artwork, and digital and print output.

Provide effective visual solutions by executing creative requests and creative projects.

Ensure that all work is visually appealing and created to specification.

Ensure that all work produced is to a suitably high standard and within brand guidelines and specifications.

Present and champion graphic ideas and creative executions with a strong ability to hear feedback objectively, iterate and strengthen the work.

Bring a positive and can-do approach to solving large, strategic, and complex problems.

with simple and elegant design solutions that address project goals and requirements, Liaising, briefing and advising departments regarding design style, format, print production and timescales.

Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.

Create and design presentations and materials for print and digital collateral.

Photo editing and retouching reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field

At least 4-6 years of experience at an ad agency, digital agency, or an in-house team of a brand

  • Strong typography skills

Required competencies (skill, knowledge, and ability)

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop) Wizard and proven skills in PowerPoint and Keynote Presentations.

Knowledge of social media advertising, particularly Facebook, Instagram, Snap & Pinterest including all ad formats and placements.

The ability to adapt brand guidelines to multiple uses.

The ability to initiate and lead design projects alongside their accounts.

Diligence to hit deadlines.

A solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color theory.

An online portfolio that demonstrates a passion for great design and shows stylistic breath, attention to detail and usability.

Ability to communicate well with team members and articulate rationale for design decisions.

Ability to manage many projects at once and meet deadlines.

A pulse on what is relevant in culture, design, and technology and can push for and help set trends.

Knowledge of video production, motion design, and editing.

Experience in communicating and advising advertisers.

Cross-functional mindset and experience in working with different teams and developers.

Strong vision for branding and excellent eye for high-quality ads.

Good understanding and sensitivity towards Arabic and particular Saudi culture.
