e& Business SMB team is seeking a Senior Product Manager in the Business marketing function to cater to the SMB customers in the UAE market focusing on the Bundles and SaaS Services product portfolio. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing packages, driving business and product performance including strategy, concepts, design, marketing and execution campaigns that helps drive up the product revenue from SMB Segment in the Bundles Portfolio Ownership of the end-to-end Product Life Cycle to ensure high level of customer satisfaction, maintain competitive advantage, and opportunities that meets growing customer demands.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing plans and driving the business and product performance including strategizing, conceptualizing, designing, marketing and launching business services in order to achieve the business KPIs for revenue growth & Volume of activity for the products. The person will also be a business marketing SME for digital transformation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Product Roadmap Deliverables working with cross functional teams to achieve budgeted Targets.
- Regular review and reporting of sales performance and provisioning of services by SMB subscribers to achieve revenue and growth targets/budgets.
- Review of customer experience benchmarks and TRIM scores and ensure that processes are optimized and implemented to improve customer experience.
- Manage Relationships with various vendors and service providers, review vendor products and pricing to ensure offerings to Etisalat are competitive.
- Manage Monthly vendor invoicing and payments for bundled Devices and software.
- Review Sales channel activity to monitor quality of acquisition, fraud control and customer churn.
- Work with Product Propositions teams to roll-out products/services in line with experience expectations, and recommend and follow through on product feature or process enhancements during the lifetime of the product in coordination with Product Development, Engineering and IT.
- Ensure integrated Service management strategy for SMBs products are being met and coordinate review Service management teams performance.
- Develop new services brings new ideas in emerging customer needs
- Responsible for developing roadmap, business plans and marketing strategies to offer Bundled services to SMB Customers in UAE.
- Work with various cross functional teams to oversee the implementation of the Service Management process 6. Define Service provisioning Processes and customer service procedures related to SMB Service Management.
- Work with Product Owners to incorporate Managed Service process in new product launches as well as migration of existing customers.
- Regular reporting of customer experience benchmarks related to service provisioning, in service experience and overall SMB customer TRIM scores.
- Manage vendor relationships and review partner / vendor pricing for devices and SaaS software to ensure costs to Etisalat are competitive and in line with budgets.
- Review service application forms and make changes in customer application forms, sales collateral and published product information based on service enhancements, changes in devices offered to ensure all sales and customer facing information is up to date and relevant.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation in Telecom/ Engineering, MBA (Marketing).
- 10 to 15 years of experience in SMB product marketing, Mass Market Solutions.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience preferably in telecom/ ICT sector.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Connectivity services.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and a strong team player.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Critical, analytical, and creative thinking to identify and solve problems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and have a strong understanding of the theoretical and practical components of the position apart from just being familiar with performing assigned tasks.
