Sr. Manager, Quality Control

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain high product quality.

Leads understanding of client's needs and quality standards.

Develops and reviews manufacturing process improvements.

Develops new product specifications and procedures.

Manages raw material requirements and compliance.

Oversees product development procedures.

Inspects final output and approves/rejects products.

Ensures compliance with HACCP, ISO quality standards, SOPs, cGMP-s, SFDA, and SASO requirements.

Improves, develops, establishes, and drives contemporary Quality Systems and processes.

Directs continuous improvement initiatives for compliance, productivity, cost-effectiveness, and enhanced efficiencies.

Establishes and reviews procedures affecting product quality.

Schedules product sampling during production run.

Coaches and trains quality staff in quality management principles.

Ensures production processes are under statistical control.

Develops stringent process quality norms.

Reviews FSMS ISO 22000:2005 & HACCP to identify weak points.

Ensures compliance with Quality Systems and FSSAI & ISO standards.

Appraises quality assurance team members on performance.

Plans training requirements for the QAD Team.

Manages administration, audit readiness, and BSC reviews.

Establishes, monitors, and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvements.

Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge & Skills:

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in animal science, Feed Science, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 10 years of experience in feed manufacturing, with a focus on quality control.
• 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a managerial role.

Skills:

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to feed manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Proficient of Microsoft Office.
