Role Purpose:
The Senior MarketingOfficer is responsiblefor executing impactfulon-ground marketing activities, including community events, activations, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that reflect and celebrate cultural diversity. Reporting directly to the Country Head, this role ensures seamless integration of these activities into Floward's broader marketing strategy, drivingmeaningful community engagement.The ideal candidateis skilled in delivering offlinemarketing campaigns thatsolidify brand presenceand foster deep connections with the community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning and Execution:
- Lead the planningand execution ofcommunity events andactivations, ensuring alignment with Floward's brand values and strategic goals.
- Oversee event logistics from conception to execution, ensuring high levels of participation and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate event outcomes to refine strategies and improve future activities.
2. Offline Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns that effectively engage local communities and enhance Floward's visibility.
- Collaboratewith internal teamsto align campaignswith overall marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
3. Cultural and CSR Initiatives:
- Design and leadCSR projects andcampaigns, ensuring alignmentwith Floward's brand values.
- Engage with local communities to identify opportunities for meaningful CSR activities that build brand equity.
- Showcasecultural heritage andvalues through well-designed marketing initiatives.
4. Local Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local influencers, partners, and community leaders to extend Floward's reach.
- Act as the primary marketing contact for local stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
- Identify partnership opportunities that align with Floward's marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.
5. Strategic Alignment and Reporting :
- Work closely with the Country Head to align on-ground marketing activities withFloward's overall strategy.
- Participate in regular meetings to provide updates on ongoing campaigns and marketing activities.
- Ensure all initiativesare consistent withFloward's brand strategyand contribute to business objectives.
6. Digital Marketing :
- Strong written andverbal communication skills,with the abilityto adapt messaging for various audiences.
- Ability to create compelling and persuasive digital content that aligns with brand voice.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics,Google Ads, and social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Qualifications and Experience Needed :
- 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience, focusing on event planning campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred for stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in managinglarge-scale events withexcellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, aligning local campaigns with central strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders and partners.
- A dynamic approach to marketing with the ability to tailor strategies to meet the unique challenges of different markets.
