Job Description

Role Purpose

Research best practices in human performance & design & revise performance management system

Work closely with HR Advisory team to advise businesses on better methods to improve employees performance results on department level

Continually improve processes to develop Performance Appraisal systems

Develop ideas/uses for technology in human performance processes

Design and develop communications programmes in liaison with HR Communication officer to more clearly link Daman's management to performance management

Establish methods to reduce turnover related to poor performance

Oversee the development and implementation of key performance measures into the performance appraisal system

Implement the competency framework system within the company and train Managers to carry out competency assessment, determine employee development needs and provide support

Help and coach Line Managers in liaison with HR Advisory team on how to manage employee performance related issues and support them prepare Performance Improvement Plans where necessary

Analyse existing systems to determine their ongoing ability to support the stated objectives

Develop & conduct presentations & trainings to management and staff on performance appraisal system

Assist the business in identifying the training needs and educational opportunities for employee development with the Learning & Development team

Facilitate group discussions and performance calibration sessions to perform gap analysis and assessment needs

Key Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  2. Worked with multicultural people at all levels
  3. Experience with design and delivery of development programmes
  4. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields

Must have the knowledge and skill in following areas :

  1. Conceptual clarity on performance management in a diversified organization
  2. Skill and familiarity in performance management process
  3. Coordination skill with Bus and Line managers
  4. Adequate knowledge in Oracle Talent Management suit
  5. Sound exposure in Objective/Goal setting process, KPIs and Balance scorecard method.
  6. Knowledge in OKR model will be added advantage.
  7. Good command in linking performance assessment reports with Total rewards and Talent Developments
  8. Familiar with Performance improvement and performance booster plans
  9. Skills in performance metrics, analytics and reporting
  10. Skill in drafting communication contents
  11. Capability to work with tight time frames.
  12. Skill in critical thinking and attention to detail
