Job Summary:

Production Planning and Scheduling to execute supply plan effectively, optimizing capacity and inventory while meeting customer requirements.

Duties will include but not limited to:

1. Measure the actual capacity of each factory machine.

2. Maintaining and reporting on Key Performance Indicators on Planning adherence, WIP monitoring, Work Center Utilization, planning backlog, master data accuracy (planning related), customer backorder and lead time and schedule attainment

3. Compare the standard capacity against the actual output for each machine per product.

4. Ensuring close collaboration with Supply Chain team through continuous review of MRP to prioritize and communicate supply planning manufacturing issues (demand vs supply planning gaps, backorder issues, unplanned events like demand reductions/increases)

5. Monitoring proper execution of production schedule on monthly, weekly and daily basis.

And communicate plan deviation reports as well as their CAPA.

6. Responsible for Planning Lean manufacturing projects with the (PCE) team.

7. Adjust production schedule according to Finish goods stock levels and sales orders.

8. Prepare production planning reports Adherence, Utilization, Capacity for all production sectors

9. Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand via Scheduling shifts according to production needs

10. Perform any additional tasks as requested to ensure continuous process improvement within the planning function

The right applicant should have:

1. BSc. in Sciences or Pharmaceutical Science.
2. MBA is a plus.
3. 3-5 years of relevant experience.
