Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and metrics
- Plan and execute thorough testing, including functional, performance, and regression testing
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
