- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and deadlines.
Job Description:
Client Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and property investors.
- Understand clients needs and preferences, and provide them with personalised guidance and recommendations.
- Assist clients in identifying and evaluating potential properties based on their requirements and budget.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Property Listing and Marketing:
- Create comprehensive property listings that highlight key features, amenities, and selling points.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listed properties through various channels, including online platforms, print media, and networking events.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitive listings.
- Utilise professional photography, virtual tours, and staging techniques to enhance the appeal of properties.
Negotiation and Deal Management:
- Represent clients during negotiations and facilitate communication between buyers and sellers.
- Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions, including price, financing options, and contractual agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including property inspections, disclosures, and documentation.
- Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, appraisers, and other professionals involved in the transaction to ensure a smooth and timely closing process.
Industry Expertise:
- Stay updated on local real estate market conditions, industry trends, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Continuously expand your knowledge and expertise through professional development activities, such as attending seminars, workshops, and industry conferences.
- Develop a thorough understanding of financing options, mortgage products, and legal considerations related to real estate transactions.
- Provide clients with accurate and reliable information, advice, and recommendations based on your expertise and market insights.
Business Development:
- Generate leads and new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong network of contacts, including real estate professionals, potential clients, and industry stakeholders.
- Build a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service to attract and retain clients.
