1) Handling all Outdoor sales engineering related work for the reputed agencies in OIL & Gas Upstream and downstream related , process Equipment, Valves , Static Equipment knowledge and working etc.
2) Reviewing and approving quotes, follow up on quotations, participating in tender submissions before bid closing date.
3) Preparing & reviewing PO and order processing once order confirmation is received from customer.
4) Follow up on ready orders, coordinating in logistics, shipment etc activities.
5) Negotiation with any sub suppliers or vendors related to any project/ product sales.
6) Report preparation for all the principles for monthly sales, invoicing, forecasting sales reports.
7) Adding new agencies under new registrations from End users , Updating AVL/PVL.
8) Qatar Project: Green field and Brown field knowledge, Project awards and working exposure with EPIC contractors for Qatar Market.
9) MS Office & SAP knowledge
