As the Senior Sales Manager for the Abu Dhabi branch, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and driving the success of our operations in the region. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, fostering strong client relationships, and strategically expanding our market presence in the freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Establishment:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the successful launch and ongoing operations of the new Abu Dhabi branch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of branch operations with the overall company strategy.
Sales Leadership:
- Build, lead, and motivate a results-driven sales team focused on achieving revenue targets and market share objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive business growth and exceed customer expectations.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the Abu Dhabi region.
- Identify business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
Market Expansion:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities in the Abu Dhabi market.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's footprint and market share within the freight forwarding sector.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and operational activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in senior sales management within the freight forwarding industry, with a track record of success in establishing and managing branch operations.
