About The Role
We are searching for a seasoned Senior Software Development Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cryptocurrency products. You will lead a talented team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying innovative and secure software solutions within the crypto space.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and direction to your team, ensuring they have the resources and support to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Design and implement scalable and secure software architectures for our cryptocurrency products.
- Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for assigned projects, including planning, estimating, development, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee code reviews, mentor developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in blockchain technology, crypto protocols, and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate potential technical risks associated with software development in the crypto space.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of software development efforts.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both technically and non-technically.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a software development manager or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing software development teams.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- In-depth knowledge of software design principles and best practices.
- Experience building and deploying secure and scalable software solutions.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and crypto protocols (a plus).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for innovation and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
A plus if you have:
- Experience with specific blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, etc.)
- Experience with smart contract development
- Knowledge of cryptography and security principles
