Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Support & Implementation Specialist located in Kuwait City. The Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting issues, and effectively communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support of IT solutions.
Accountabilities:
- Server & Computer Systems Installation and Support (Hardware, & OS)
- Network knowledge (HW & SW)
- Windows OS Installation, Troubleshooting, Performance tuning, Monitoring, Applying Service Pack and Windows Updates
- Having knowledge about Domain controllers, security policies, etc.
- Basic knowledge on Database MS-SQL & Oracle.
Optional Experiences :
- Fuel Stations Management Systems (POS/BOS)
- Forecourt Controllers (DOMS) supporting different fueling dispensers.
- C-Store POS/BOS Hardware, Software and Operations.
- Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG) Systems
- POS Payment Terminals
